An AI inquiry asking to find the location of SFR rental properties to population is not something any AI chatbot I’ve tested can do. 

If you are willing to have a remote CPA, you may find a more qualified real estate CPA as the location of your CPA is not as crucial as their experience with real estate.

Location, location, location (and a good quality home) is what it is about, IMHO.
