I can't point you either to where it says running a red light is against the law, but because it's a law I deal with on a daily basis I know that it is in fact against the law to run a red light, the same way I deal with TRID on a daily basis and know that it's against the law to disclose the other sides numbers.

Survey other nearby parks to see what they charge per month for lot rent as well as what is included in the rent (trash, water, sewer, street lights, etc.).  

If you are sure you have the energy and the commitment to follow through,  it's virtually foolproof.  

Also, I have made a number of unexpected commissions by representing friends and family in real estate.I DO NOT take the duties of an agent lightly, though.  

However, they just used that party for a paint job or to swap out some light fixtures.

Ugly maroon color carpet throughout, way outdated counter tops in kitchen, kitchen cabinets need paint, living/dinning room needs lighting and lots of other stuff.

Last I heard the Pasco Tourism Director was planning to put a lot of energy toward it in 2017-2018.

This of course assumes you have your own skin in the game by having installed LED lighting, water saving toilets, watersense rated fixtures, energy star compliant appliances, and have inspected your piping for leaks.

As for what the house needs, it needs a new kitchen and appliances, remodel 2 bathrooms, new lighting throughout, new hard wood throughout, a lot of wall paper needs to come down and repaint entire interior, carpet the basement and reinstall new drop ceiling in basement, power wash house and refinish outside deck.
