It is very hard to find something legit in this space due to the overwhelming amount of spam and scams geared towards what I am looking for.

Move out inspections cost money (we pay professional 3rd party home inspectors), staff property visits, advertising, turnover and maintenance coordination expenses, etc. plus we risk having the owner decide to sell the property or cancel management so trust me when I say legit professional managers have a vested interest in keeping tenants in properties and paying forever. 

There's definitely a need for a PM rating website as Google and Yelp tend to be limited - plus Google reviews can easily be faked (I know of a PM company in my main market who writes their own fake reviews - it doesn't take a genius to know this as pretty much all of their reviews are from Google accounts that have 1-2 reviews written).I would love it if BP created a PM review section as it would be a great source for those interested in property management and the reviews would tend to be more legit.
