Especially at her age there is no room here for internet answers, half correct strategies ect...The best way for you to help her would be to put her in touch with professionals to advise her.

Also, are you suggesting that without the home office, you can claim that your home internet or home phone service are deductible business expense based on percentage use?

Hi Alex, sorry for the late reply - just got back from a vacation in Alabama and had poor internet internet connection.

Over the years I have taught myself how to find the decision makers for property with the help of  the internet and tools such as TLOXP.  

So on the internet we find what we look for and we look for what we find.

This is way too much money to just take free advice off the internet.
