If I put slate on top of subfloor then you have to balance it out to prevent cracking and would raise the floor height to where the fiberglass front door would not open anymore.So after all of that process the VCT tile was recommended.

It may take you weeks or months to implement the knowledge and steps you learn, but finding and wholesaling deals is a great way to begin in real estate.Have fun!!!

I think you already have all of the answers you need.Since you pay water, one other thing you can do is replace all of the toilet guts with leak preventers.

I also got an excellent discount for having a fire prevention company do inspections/refills of detectors and extinguishers.

I have listened to a lot of the podcasts and read quite a few books at this point, and think I have narrowed down a plan for myself that i want to implement.
