Also, I'm not sure where you got your numbers from but I would recommend the following:1) Contact a realtor for a market analysis on your property, offer them $50 but they'll probably do it for free if you know them well.

There are some transitioning areas (like Ybor) where we like to check out, West Tampa, some parts of St Pete and Clearwater are growing well also.

There are a lot of great neighborhoods in Indy that do well for STR.

I have used Endurus Capital and I know them pretty well.
