Three main areas; I removed three walls and replaced with proper lvl's and support post's according to IRC and AWC tables and charts, turned a 2nd floor attic into liveable master bathroom & walk-in closet and expanded the adjacent room for a bigger master bedroom, and got rid of a bedroom floor above the family room to turn family room into 2-story ceiling height.

I think it is easily overcome by a good attitude and hard work.when I started in 74 in the game  tatoos were only on sailors.. the talk was should you have any facial hair. and studies said facial hair would be a turn off to some folks.

I've seen a few charts a few days ago indicating that the housing market is going to cool down in 2017.

BiggerPockets as a really professional looking analysis chart you can just plug in the numbers and use that.

Page 11, a tiny chart with a big view of a debacle yet to play out..

it has been the national trend for the last 3 cycles for SFR... you can look it up a couple guy on youtube broke out the charts really simple but it is what the hedge funds been using for a long time.
