There's no question that Dallas has a booming population and job growth but it's not a particularly great market for cash flow.

We've decided on Atlanta because of the market growth, demand, and (relatively, especially compared to NYC) affordable prices.

Can i also get some deductions off paying off the house and spread over several years as doing such is no easy task.

Denver has only so much space..and running out of space.....new construction cannot be built on mountains, national parks etc to sustain the growth of Denver.

I've heard stories in the past of other industry employees getting rejected and having to find private lenders etc, however, that was 2015-2018...and now in 2020 the industry is steamrolling forward in rapid growth, so more and more cannabis industry workers on W2 must be applying for home loans, especially out in CO.
