If you have the money for a down payment with extra for rehab and a cpl months vacancy, the Malden, Melrose, Medford, & Wakefield areas are still gold.

This thing is headache for them, it burns a hole in their pocket because they do not want to deal with is as a rental (my guess is bad property manager, mine who is great though), and they want nothing to do with it anymore.
