Sorry my question was vague and generic, I'm not to savvy when it comes to threads, or i don't spend much time on threads.

I am an out of state investor looking to build a team in Enid, OK.  

However, I would focus on reading as much information as possible to have intelligent conversations with the team you'll need to build.

I also know that a team effort is vital in this as the property manager I have found has a good idea into estimating ARV, knows contractors and does BRRRR himself.

This may seem obvious, but as a new REI interested in flipping (have no deals at present and no team yet) when should I start looking for a good contractor?
