@Jason OldCosta Rica and Nicaragua are beautiful countries but investing is about numbers and the rule "don't fall in love with a property" can be extended to "don't fall in love with a country" when we talk about investing internationally.Buying a property in Nicaragua and using it as a surf base is certainly fun if you're into that but that country is sadly one of the worst places you can think of in terms of real estate investment.
