Looking to figure out a next buy, educating myself as much/quickly as I can, networking, and working on getting my real estate license as a way to get more knowledgeable and perhaps open some additional doors (I think I found BG googling pros and cons of getting a license as a way to progress as an investor).

I am trying to get a better idea of how I can estimate these costs to put into my evaluations for properties, just looking for some direction.Thanks!

Nothing wrong with that but they should have been upfront with you on the rehab progress so that you could perform an inspection once the rehab was completed.

@Jamal Okon What progress did you make in your hunt for attys that do these in MD?

We did some more evaluation and for one of the properties, market value is $600 higher than they were paying. 

So what I am going to do is take a look at it a year from now and see how that progress is going.
