So a $1,000 increase in yearly income equals a equity bump of 8 or 9 thousand in the world of 11 and 12 cap parks... there is a expense adjustment that really needs to be made... but we will keep it simple here... 4: Some parks have lots of crime, some less... you will probably get a feel for that on the buy side...

As long as everything can be done within the 180 days exchange window, the exchange remains intact.Now, if the relinquished property had an underlying mortgage, you would have to contribute cash equal to the mortgage payoff to the exchange escrow in order to complete the replacement property purchase and rehab.

:)Personally, I don't think the fact that a lot of people out there want to destroy us has anything to do with religion (though it's easy to bundle it under that umbrella)...instead they want to destroy us for our way of life and our way of government...Yes, most of them are currently muslim extremists...but I wouldn't be surprised if there are plenty more out there that would be happy to destroy us regardless of their religious beliefs...
