Hello all,I've come across a few hud homes that had orange spray marks on the exterior and interior of the foundation.

Always put your best foot forward as the tenant can embarrass you to no end and you will loose anyway.Would you show a unit that needs touch-up paint for wall marks or a carpet that needs cleaning????

I put it in quotation marks because Means is not something you use when real money is at stake.

Have them fix anything that is broken or damaged and paint on walls with marks.

Hi Mark,I always soundproof between upper and lower unitsmake sure you use safe and sound insulation, and do not put drywall just on the wood joist, but there are sound channels (alluminium bars) that get screwed to the wood and then drywall gets screwed to them.
