After typing the address (number and street name) click on the "Housing" tab at the bottom to see the RSO status.

One would this this is an easy issue to address, but it's been going on this long.

Use a label maker to mark the address under each key. 

I currently have a list of 800 resident addresses in my area.  

I’m now going from driving, writing down addresses and observing, to writing letters, visiting divorce courts (Weird, but it’s a strategy), and several other methods I’ve picked up to find some great deals.

I am utilizing PODIO CRM for staying on top of my leads and ensuring I process them to closing in the most efficient way possible.

But I've noticed that some addresses as well as Listing Agent information aren't accurate, in the titled resources.

My question is, what would be the most efficient way to operate this for the most tax advantages/breaks as opposed to claiming it on my own personal taxes? 

Sometimes investors use a different LLC for each property so you may need to sort by owner address and not name to find multiple transaction.
