The attendees and education is priceless

I would diversify my money and split that "earnings" across several sectors.  

I'm also educating myself on how to get money from private lenders, so hopefully that will help me.Thank you to everyone who has replied.

West coast and East coast continue to see a large influx of Chinese investors driven by immigration and education reasons.
