extreme cold.. so think insulation... and snow load.also when I owned a home in Kelowna BC you had to check with your insurance carrier up there.. if you left in the winter you were required to have someone check on your home as often as daily .. if you had a pipe burst and you did not have the inspection service they would deny insurance for flood damage.other than that BC is Super Natural !!!

I have head good results so far ,criminal ,credit .Most be able to contact last land lord or no deal .I am not allowed to see the detail of the back ground .I only use the suggesting from the company doing the check on who to approve or not .This lets me off the hook of why ,what ,all kinds of questions If they are denied they receive a written letter from company concerning why .I use local company who I have a connection to the past, a close friend knows the owner .$35 in cash per adult before back ground check is done any one 18 or above needs a check done .Do not try to save money by some on line company use locale do your home work .
