Food for thought.

However, I'd like the exterior of the building to be in at least decent condition.Lastly, I'd like the immediate neighborhood to be at least mildly walkable, with at least one store, one restaurant (fast food or otherwise), and whatever nearby. 

I go to a lot of different networking groups and even host my own right in my office and provide food and beverages and great speakers that will NEVER try and sell you something.

Despite where the workers may come from originally it increases the number of consumers in Wisconsin for everything from rentals to food to retail. 

If I saved my whole life to buy 1 property and was counting on that property to keep food on my table, then I'd likely think differently and insure it.   

Gov't does not include energy and foods are part of inflation monitoring..... 

You should see our war zones here in Portlandia  filled with milliniums who were body art and tattoo's and eat health food and ...

Now I know nothing says romance like flies buzzing around 5 day old Chinese food...Pride.
