You can utilize online resources such as the Worcester County Registry of Deeds (https://massrods.com/worcester/) for title searches, Realtor (https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-search/Worcester_MA) for market analysis, and Auction.com (https://www.auction.com/) for auction-specific details and property information.

You can search the county court websites, but I will say it is a ton of work. 

So, you should reach out to some local land banks in your area (google search that term specifically) and see if any of them offer cash out loans on land. 

In my local MLS, it may not be true in your area, there is a field that a listing agent can fill out to designate the home they are selling has a FHA, VA or USDA loan which by default would make it assumable.You can also reach out to your favorite local title company and ask if they can provide you with a search tool like TitlePro247 or provide you with a list of current on the market homes with a FHA, VA or USDA loan in place. 

I would definitely find out your options based on local laws, and then try for an eviction.

In Washington County, Maryland, if my Lease Contract says all charges owed are considered rent, if my tenant paid their base rent but not maintenance fees and water bills owed, can i file against the tenant for failure to pay rent?
