How do they view applications to change zoning (tendency to DENY vs consider APPROVAL?).  

I'm fortunate enough to be self employed which gives me more flexibility with my time and allows me to jump out to view new listings and oversee project progress.  

And I've got a few questions.My view of your numbers:Mortgage Rate 5.00% (as @Simon Campbell mentioned, you can financing this as a 2-4 family.  

From their point of view I can also see not wanting to give out a social security number. 

There is no wrong or right way, I am just interested in your views as it may help me make a better decision.

If you had had a discussion at lease signing that was recent about no mods without written authorization, i would not renew. if the guy acts like its his house and he should be able to do whatever he wants and that you can pay when he messes up, i would not renew. its interesting he had you come out while the compressor hookup was in plain view.

The best way to approach this is from a business view.
