I typically use regional banks to fund my deals but my 2 go-to banks have either slowed or fully stopped investment loans so recently I've connected with several online brokers but all came from ads or they reached out to me vs personal recommendations and intros so I have concerns. 

Can  you  add the extra cleaning fees to the extended stay, vs the guest would need to make a new booking to include this service?

I've been exploring options for a multifamily property, single-family homes, and even a luxury condo that could work as an Airbnb.My primary goal is to find an investment that has good potential for profit and tax benefits for this year.

I will use the rent by room strategy for a year, then move out and lease the condo under 1 lease.Does anyone have any advice about condo hacking, or can anyone describe their personal experience?

Not sure about PA, but in NY if there are any lights in common areas the landlord needs a separate meter - you can just go count the meters on the house, if there are 5 then you know there is one for common areas.I wouldn’t use cap rates for a four unit, use comparable properties if possible.

This would become a passive income source since you aren't listing the property, hosting open houses, etc.Another option would be to wholesale the deal.
