I would purchase the house from my company with my VA loan that Im already approved for after the renovation. 

I have equity in my house and I'm pursuing a VA cash out refinance to get some capital with the hopes of investing in cash-flowing properties. 

I’m a military vet and I’ve yet to use my VA Loan, I want to invest in MFHs and I plan on living in one of the apartments, I’m looking for a good source of cash flow.

The majority of the homes purchased here are done so with VA loans, but the downside is after 3 years at a station the Army can move you to a different station leaving lots of servicemen with negative or no equity in their homes thanks to no down payment.

Well in about 7 months I will be eligible for a VA loan which caps my loans at just over 400K.

Facility requirements: HUD requires a management company run the operations, but now allows for 100% of the beds to be private pay(versus a mix of medicade, medicare, and VA).THIS IS FOR ALFs ONLY.Typically, there is a mix though as you don't usually see 100% private pay.
