It cost you nothing to give someone a copy of your contract.You can print a contract out online, and let a broker review it and in return you will close your next deal with them.

Being involved gets better reviews as you care more about your business than your cleaners, so I’d encourage you to at least walk through the property once or twice every month or two being within driving distance.

When I suggested adding something specific in the offer that says “buyer can back out if appraised value is less than X”, they suggested to deal with this after the offer stage and at attorneys review, and use the brokerage’s standard/unmodified contract until we agree on the price.Am I overthinking this?
