Hi @Karen DiNapoliGood question.In my opinion: it's all about the cash flow, not necessarily about the taxes or the other expenses.So for example, I live in the Philadelphia area and in West Philadelphia the taxes are lower than they would be in the county outside the city where I normally invest.

Now the buyer on my property is extending for another 3 months, and might extend even more.

If managed well, it can be a reliable way to build cash flow—just do your research on the local demand and regulations.

I'm struggling to find deals and the numbers just aren't working.

I understand finding out ROI. 

Just a terrible purchase process for the buyer who is assuming all the risk.
