I found BP, been devouring the amazing podcasts and resources, went to a local meet up and am beyond inspired and motivated to take action.

They provide financial literacy through classes as well as reoccurring support for customers/students.

My wife, Morgan, actually got us started on this financial freedom kick (kudos to her!).  

Looking to get into REI for the cash flow to diversify my income streams and get to financial independence quicker.

Although I disagree with that reasoning, I think there is some merit to her arguments as I tend to have a lot of free time that I could be taking action rather than  just talking and dreaming about the life I want.

I have 24 units and I am trying to set up on Quickbooks because it gives more financial reports.

Several separators besides experience is connections and relationship w/brokers to get better deals,  financial might to get larger deals and scale their operations, clustering strategies to further reduce risks and costs, etc.  

Or is it a financial manner in the sense that you can't find any good deals at home.

There is a lot of good information here on BP in the forums.The basic concept is that you can diversify your tax-sheltered retirement savings from stocks, funds, CD's and other conventional financial products and include investment options such as real estate, notes. etc.  

AreaAs such I use the county's records on line. http://www.calhouncountymi.gov/government/district...This only shows actions from this county, but I stick to renting to locals
