Hello,A syndication closed on a multifamily property several months ago and they are still raising funds for the property. 

I've heard of instances where I've seen the investor do well long-term and some where the investor has been able to build and sell or just hold and eventually sell if new developments are coming up in the surrounding area. 

Any other closing costs or fees or charges I have to consider.

I'd add up all of your costs including vacancy, repairs, maintenance, insurance, HOA fees (if applicable), etc before deciding.
