Good morning “Upstate” crew,I originally posted this in the wrong thread (I think) so I’m reposting this in the Upstate NY group to better target the Binghamton area.

Due to valuations in Van,BC are a bit out of whack, I am looking to start my investment journey outside of B.C., in particular Edmonton.

I'm new to the area, but looking to do deals from San Luis Obispo down to Lompoc. 

I apologize if this may have already been asked/discussed, but here's the gist of it: I purchased a 3-unit property at an awesome price (under $50k), in a good area, that needs rehabbing!  

Hi @Jamie Brayton I'm Brooklyn based but investing upstate, Catskills area. 

There are a lot of people outh there making a commission on pushing those loans just do not fall victim to that type of scam.

You might notice some things are must-haves for your area and then you can look at anything additional you can add to stand out above the market.

Over the next year or so, I plan to learn as much as possible while also connecting with people in my area to gain a better understanding of the market and opportunities.

My wife and I live just outside of the Boston area and are thinking very strongly about renting out our primary residence and moving abroad.

The pictures look great.If you are seeing demand for EV chargers from the renter population in your area, then that could be a great addition.
