Out of state investing is a great option especially if your state isn't as investor friendly.

Just celebrated six years with eXp, licensed in 4 states, have sponsored 35 agents across 10 states and I am also an investor.

I have seen their contract with the owner, which states the closing date is 4/22.

Is Everyone here from United States only?

I do have a contract which states 1/2 to begin job and 1/2 on completion of the job.I would appreciate any thoughts you have on this situation and how you have handled similar issues in the past.Thank so much April

I will be moving out of state and I will be bringing on a PM company.After running the numbers, I would be facing negative cash flow every month after accounting for all the expenses (Annually about $1,000 - and that's the rosy estimate)  Is it worth it? 

The macroeconomics to a state capital, ohio state, 150 billion in the pipeline for development and infrastructure, blah blah blah.
