Rents are strong, and for the most part, Aggies tend to be more respectful of the properties than other campus communities.

Also, beach properties tend to appreciate faster than other properties but they also tend to get crushed harder in a downturn.

From what I read, it does sound like Franklinton is growing a bit more quickly that OTE but I honestly don't spend much time in there to have a feel for it.. we tend to focus on the southeast part of the city since it's close to home.

So, people tend to stay longer in their apartments - which means less inventory available.

With retrospect, I can see estimates from larger companies also tend to be larger, but also a greater chance they will continue to be in business, in that same business form, if the guarantee needs to be followed up on.
