Long term hold with plans to force value by adding egress window/exits in basement to increase property from 2 bed / 1.5 bath to a 3 bed / 1.5 bath on each side and increase overall value.

I want to purchase my primary home there with creative financing options, because like all of us I want to set more favorable terms than the traditional lenders can set.

Fast forward a bit and now I'm busy converting all of my long term portfolio into short term as they become available.
