I see a lot of talk about airbnb on this forum so wanted to share some real life numbers (this is a clients not my personal) I have removed the address per forum rules. 

Have many clients with SFR and Multi family portfolios.

I've asked engineers about this and they said that this is pretty standard language, but that it's common to see clients ask to have such language removed. 

At least respect your clients enough to give them an accurately depicted place.
