She wants to stay home to Home school our kids while I work full time and work on investing in rentals on the side

I’m graduating with my bachelor’s in May and beginning a good job this summer.

Dogs are an anchor for keeping good families staying put as well as keeping the kids in the same school. 

I am fully occupied with leases expiring at the end of the school year. 

Shortly after visiting the site, I discovered the podcast and I’ve fallen in love with listening to the guys on my drive(s) to/from work (literally started from episode one and slowly creeping up on 100) and have also graduated to purchasing & reading books from “Beardy Brandon” and Josh Dorkin (UBG, Book on Rental Property Investing, Tax Strategies for the Savvy REI + sprinkled in a little Kiyosaki).Anyhow, as part of my journey as an investment property owner in the Charlotte, NC market, I am now looking to grow my team. 

So long as it's in a good school district and close to facilities and amenities, and can get positive cash flow, you're in a good spot with it.

I’ve not invested there but I did go to “A” school in Meridian after boot camp when I was in the Navy.

Having connections and being an athletics alumni at the University made me want to invest in the area by the school.

Within this time frame I also raised 3 children who all graduated from college (expensive colleges I might add :) and now they're all grown and working.
