The profile pic is already done everywhere.I think the names thing is coming for everywhere as well.This is just pre-booking, the name/pic are revealed after a reservation is accepted.

If I update a unit I'll take new photos, but if not, there is no reason to take new pics.

According to your pic, its the active inventory data from Realtor.com. 

He may be using some of the pics from the project.

Seems many PMCs deliberately don't want to give too many details to owners about maintenance.1) You should be getting bids with supporting pics/videos for your approval.

We always add ceiling fans with light fixtures when we are renovating properties we acquire and command higer rent compared to market (you can see from the pics of other listings, if they have it or not).
