@Fernando Valenzuela ,I am in a similar situation, I graduated school with a Sociology degree and currently work in a sales role at a technology company.

If you are interested in leasing a single family home for up to 5 years and exercising the option to purchase, please call me directly. 

I'm not an expert but it sure looks like you'd be taking the role of a seller's agent.

Once the property is operating at its peak performance, you would take the opportunity of exercising your right to purchase the property (for the agreed upon price) and then re-selling it in a double closing. 

@Rolanda Eldridge  I think they are 2 different roles. 

After all, that's the governments role (dontcha know?)

PS I'm not sure if location plays a role in any of this but I live in Maryland.

A balloon might be there, the bigger issue is will they role it over without getting into your pocket?
