Take notes when you are talking to them so you can remember them.

After intensive information gathering here on BiggerPockets, however, i am no longer sure whether this is the most suitable strategy to really grow in the long term.I would really appreciate it if I could talk to you guys about my plans in more detail and to hear your opinion.

You may want to stay at the lower elevations (such as the Grand Junction - Montrose corridor) due to average temps and growing seasons.

Remember, like those middle school kids, after they fight for the girl, they end up next day together eating lunch at the cafeteria…that can be the US and China in a couple of months.

Remember, in many municipalities in PA, drug use is a "you knew or should have known" issue.
