If you are flexible enough to allow a little more time you will reduce the chance of damage to walls and woodwork (happens when people try to move things too quickly) and increase the chance of the place being left at least empty and broom clean.I would trust but verify.

There are guidelines for this like reduced loan to value, but 10 per individual is the rule (not that all banks/lenders follow this rule; some have overlays and cap their number of mortgaged properties allowed at 4).Long story short, in order to get bank financing, you'll have to refinance and get your wife off of the loans to free up the multiple property guideline for her.
