I have went to several REI meetings and with those folks I have spoken with they all seem genuine and want to share resources and information.

(They are also governed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac if you recognize those names).

You also cannot get lucky if you cannot recognize the Opportunities.If you can do both, you can get EXTREMELY lucky.In a way we are all lucky.
