As a new investor, you have to get a loan to be able to “Get into the game.”

We are finding out commercial is a different game than residential.

Not on social media and no real online presence.

Mostly online / email.  

Then I heard about Quickbooks Online.

It's a numbers/volume game. 

Until you do it kind of just feels like playing a game of monopoly.

The most important thing you can do is to hook up with investors in your area to learn your local laws, closing attorneys (or title companies), how to buy, investors you can sell the wholesale deals to, etc.Reading online is a great back up, but you must connect locally.
