That lender filed FC in Feb. which is still to be scheduled, so that's another checkbox on the HHF qualification list.The borrower has arrears a bit over $20K so I'll use that as my bargain chip to encourage him to apply for HHF.

Everywhere else its Section 8, other Govt Alphabet Programs, or they are high end homes that are not profitable for renting reasons.In terms of outside Detroit its Roseville, Warren south of 12 Mile, SCS is some parts, Madison Heights, Hazel Park north of 9 Mile, Eastpointe, Oak Park, Redford.

HM wouldn't do that LTV anyway, but almost all of them wont do OO loans.Angel Oak out of Atlanta has a program that they do HM into a long term product, you could give them a call and see if it'd work.

I'm a total newbie and perhaps a bit of a dreamer.... but when I hear of something like this, coupled with the potential for big profit and helping the community, I think it would be great if there were some sort of legal partnership a group of us could do to chip in and then profit from relative to investment.
