Agree with Account ClosedWhen my properties go-month-to-month (after 1 year lease expires), the rent goes up significantly (10% or more) and it motivates the tenants to take action.I would never pursue placing a new tenant on month-to-month or with no lease at all.

Then, you proceed by taking focused action.There are so many ways to find motivated sellers and distressed properties.

What motivated you to keep pushing if you felt defeated because you’re first deal did not go as planned ?

I went to one as a guest and I am thinking it was the same year.. they had all sorts of different products for sale there.IRA set ups  asset protection  Lots in Lehigh FLA  rental houses in Detroit  etc etc.
