As far as taxes are concerned i'm not a cpa, with that being said your llc will be taxed as a pass through entity so you won't be getting double taxed for transferring money to your llc owned by you and your husband.

@Jo Zhou I think the problem the PM is concerned about is the fact that they have told the potential tenant that they met the criteria to rent the apartment.
