Condos are also easier to lease, because you get to offer maintenance free living.

All homes are renting for $600 and that includes their utilities and they are all on month to month leases.

Are there any rentals in Pittsburgh not requiring a lease?

Lease option: Does there have to be a clause in the existing lease agreement that the owner can form a lease option?

Anyone that has been there a “long” time likely doesn’t have a lease.
