It is solid, but the job market is too heavily concentrated in manufacturing for my liking.

@Nina Hayden I'm actually a new wholesaler in the Dallas area and seen you said garland mesquite Arlington etc were good areas, I have heavily been looking in garland and mesquite and have yet to find a deal and advice on how to get started properly finding a house that's worth it.

The "usual suspects" like Houston, Austin, and San Antonio appear to be heavily invested and therefore expensive.

You must VET them heavily to ensure you are not being swindled.

Both state laws are heavily weighted against you in favor of the tenant.
