I'm just so sick and tired of sitting in my home office every day, staring at my computer screen, sitting on Zoom calls, and so I've been listening to more and more BiggerPockets podcasts on REI and other inspirational videos on financial freedom.

Leverage The Experts- it is genuinely impossible to know everything in real estate.

I've owned LTRs and STRs and her book inspired me to get back to basic blocking and tackling.STRs are hot right now, but it really depends what your long term goals and are your time horizon. 

I really appreciate the help, you and Avery are a huge part of our inspiration in buying this property, and know that when we stick out the rough patches, this will be huge for us! 

There is a decent amount of good non-qm lenders and brokers (I personally use this one) that genuinely care for their clients.

That inspired me to build my own small team to manage and maybe one day I’ll take that system to scale and start managing other peoples properties with my team.
