Do I just get the purchase and sale agreement signed there at that time then move forward with finding a buyer?

I am under contract on this one and look forward to adding it to my rental portfolio.

Make sure you account for the deposit within the timeline set forth in Texas which is within 30 days of move out and receiving a forwarding address
