Call a few people who do home inspections and ask if they can recommend someone or google "sewer inspector memphis tn" and you will see a number of options-then look at their ratings.

Then, reach out to a mortgage broker, and see what your options are.

Try to narrow down your options to the top 3-4.

I suggested it to the seller as an option if the GC refuses to sign a release of liability.

Every option will vary in the level of risk/reward that you take on.
