I have cash for the down payment, and I would enjoy the easy cash flow, but what should I expect for refi-ability if the appraisal value and rents don't change over the next 6 or 12 months?

Currently, I am house hacking and rehabbing my primary residence, and have realized it is actually something I very much enjoy.

John, other than this situation, we enjoy having an HOA.

I hope that this settles down, and they can comfortably enjoy living in the home, but if it escalates, do I hold them to the whole year or offer them to buy out?  

If it is found that the building next to my property is encroaching, do you still advice to go ahead with the deal and may be see if title company will provide something like enhanced title insurance for future peace of mind or just ask the seller to resolve issue in 30 days or back out of the deal?

Being someone that enjoys playing with numbers though, I would start doing a more in depth analysis and see which numbers may have some risk involved.  

I enjoy dealing with people, have a desire to succeed, have confidence in myself to getting things done even if it means thinking outside of the box.
