@Victor Valencia standard contracts in our area have terms stating that it’s being sold with access to public road, and hopefully your title insurance will be an easy process.

If not hire a PM co, tenants are the easy part

Beyond 10+ units borrowers will want to connect with a reputable broker/lender with specific lending programs for high density complexes.- Appraisals for 5+ units take more time and are more expensive.

Probably not as easy as that as you still need some income to support some of the properties perhaps, but something to consider.It takes a special wife to be able to move often.
