Minnesota, I wouldn't say a "mini-boom" unless you define that as nearly a decade long strong growth and appreciation with a trajectory that not even covid or riots has been able to derail a "mini-boom".

The Depreciation report should give you a good idea of when and how much money is supposed to be spent on replacing aged building components such as roof, elevator, exterior painting, HVAC/MUA, etc. and what year to expect to see that project coming up.
