Hey Chris, I am currently working towards putting a couple deals like this together up north.

I find my online banking basically becomes like a dashboard of my current status and I find that very useful.

My church has a 100+ year old building (original church)  that is on less than 2 acres which includes a cemetery across the street from our current building located in JeffersonCounty,  MO. 

I have also noticed Manufactured and Modular homes have become very popular due to the current Florida market and over priced homes.I have had a big uptick in buyers reaching out for help on vacant lots and putting in a new Double or Triplewide Manufactured. 

In Denver, I'm considering buying the property Nextdoor to mine and renting my current (2Bd1Bath) Single family home.

And I'm currently building in the area) Do a market analysis to see what has the highest rent vs cost to build. 2 bed units?

The only other way to get this info is to run rent/lease comps yourself (~10-15min), or do enough projects in that area to where you have it.Or for Thousand Oaks, etc:Or if we have a choice between two projects in different markets, I can use this chart to compare the two rental markets:-Basically anything to the right of 0 means the rent price/sf/mo has been growing QoQ, and the height is the current $/sf/mo of that market. 

I worked at the golf courses and driving range in past and currently a golf coach myself so I know how scarcity that is in our town.
